Classes are designed to move the body, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve circulation, and most of all refresh the soul with prayer. Meditation themes will center on themes of Renewal, Divine Mercy and reverence to our Blessed Mother.
CHAIR Class will be offered on Tuesdays at 10:00am in Seton Hall. This class is designed for Seniors or for those who are not comfortable exercising on the floor.
Women's Mat Class will continue on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in Seton Hall.
