Experience a Pietra Fitness Class this Lent! Meditation themes will center on Lenten themes of Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving!
Pietra Fitness Women's Class will continue on Wednesdays at 5:30pm in Seton Hall. *NOTE Ash Wednesday class will begin at 5pm.
**NEW** Pietra Fitness CHAIR class will be offered at 10:00am in Seton Hall on 5 consecutive Mondays beginning 3/6 – 4/3. Receive the same benefit from the standard class, all while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. This class is designed for Seniors or for those who are not comfortable exercising on the floor.
