Classes are designed to move the body, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve circulation, and most of all refresh the soul with prayer. In only one hour you will feel calmer, stronger, refreshed and renewed. Meditation themes will center on Renewal of Body and Soul!

Classes are designed to move the body, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve circulation, and most of all refresh the soul with prayer. 

CHAIR class is offered on most Tuesdays at 10:00am in Seton Hall. This class is designed for Seniors or for those who are not comfortable exercising on the floor.

Women's Mat Class is offered on most Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in Seton Hall.
