Pietra Fitness Women's Classes

Classes are designed to move the body, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve circulation, and most of all refresh the soul with prayer. In only one hour you will feel calmer, stronger, refreshed and renewed. Meditation themes will center on Renewal of Body and Soul!

 

Experience a Pietra Fitness Class This Lent

Classes are designed to move the body, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve circulation, and most of all refresh the soul with prayer. Meditation themes will center on Lenten themes of Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving! 

CHAIR class will be offered on Tuesdays at 10:00am in Seton Hall. This class is designed for Seniors or for those who are not comfortable exercising on the floor.

Women's Mat Class will continue on Wednesdays at 5:30pm in Seton Hall. 

*NOTE* NO Classes during Spring Break week, March 12th and 13th.
